1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using PackSmart ("the Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. License Grant
PackSmart grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Application on supported mobile hardware for personal travel organization and packing planning.
You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercialize modified packages of the application without prior written consent.

PackSmart is a planning and self-organization utility:
- Airline Baggage Regulations: Luggage weight limits, dimension restrictions, and prohibited item lists vary widely across airlines, countries, and fare classes. PackSmart does not guarantee compliance with specific carrier rules. Users are solely responsible for verifying baggage allowances directly with their airlines.
- Weight Calculations: Estimated and logged luggage weights in the app are for planning assistance only. Always verify physical weights on calibrated scales prior to airport check-in.
- Customs & Legal Compliance: You remain solely responsible for adhering to import/export customs declarations, medication transport laws, and security restrictions in all travel jurisdictions.
4. Local Data Storage & User Responsibility
All packing checklists and trip histories reside locally on your device. We maintain no cloud backups. You are responsible for safeguarding your device data. We bear no liability for data loss due to device changes or uninstallation.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The application codebase, packing suggestion algorithms, user interface components, and logos are the proprietary intellectual property of PackSmart developers and protected under international copyright treaties.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use PackSmart solely for lawful personal organization purposes and not to engage in unauthorized reverse engineering or redistribution.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
PackSmart is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for travel purposes, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PackSmart or its developers be liable for excess baggage fees, airport delays, forgotten items, confiscated travel goods, or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
